Delivery Policy

Delivery times range from 1 day up to 5 weeks, depending on product availability and order preparation.

The Clayton team will contact the customer at least 24 hours before delivery to confirm the delivery date and time.

All deliveries are made to the site entrance or nearest accessible point. Unloading of the goods is the responsibility of the customer, and the customer must ensure that the necessary arrangements are made to receive the products.

The customer (or their representative) must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery to verify the quantity and condition of the products.

By signing the delivery slip, the customer confirms that the products have been received in good condition and in the correct quantity. After the delivery slip is signed, Clayton is no longer responsible for any damages, shortages, or claims related to the delivered products.

Once the delivery date is confirmed with the customer, any change, postponement, or cancellation requested by the customer may result in an additional delivery charge for the second delivery attempt
